We support the Women in Technology Association's (Wtech) "One Hundred Leading Women in Technology in the 100th Anniversary of the Republic" project by sponsoring 10 female students. Founded in 2019, the association aims to create diversity of qualified people in the fields of science and technology and to prevent women from losing motivation.  Under the project, 100 female and 25 male students studying in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) fields will be provided with technical and soft skill trainings by Wtech for 2.5 months, and sponsoring organizations will provide mentoring and employment support.

Women in Technology Association (Wtech) has signed a project that will shape Türkiye's future in the field of technology in the Republic's centenary year. The Project "Leading 100s of Technology" offers a comprehensive and totally free of charge training program to train 100 leading women and 25 leading men in technology. 69 leading supporter brands of Türkiye became partners in this project.

Women in Technology Association, which aims to increase the number of women experts in science and technology which are few in number and lacking motivation, and to bring women into employment and production in technology, gathered 69 of the leading brands of Türkiye, including its corporate members, under a single roof with the “Leading 100s of Technology” project with the motto "We are Stronger Together".

By taking responsibility for the realization of the target of training 1 million software developers, which is included in the reform package announced by the Ministry of Industry and Technology, Women in Technology Association continues to work to empower women and young people in different technical fields, rather than focusing solely on software developers.

Women Association continues its efforts to train competent, expert, creative human resources in science and technology to increase the number of women experts in the technology sector, which are low in number and lacking motivation, and to bring women into employment and production in technology.
