Founded in 2014 to generate “knowledge,” “communication,” and “action” in the field of sustainability, Ekologos is the publisher of ekoIQ, Turkey’s first publication focused on sustainable development. Since 2017, iklimhaber.org, a platform dedicated to climate change policy, economics, and science, has also been operating under the umbrella of Ekologos.
Ekologos has contributed to several significant research projects and publications, including the “Sustainability Guide in 100 Articles” prepared for the Business Council for Sustainable Development Turkey (SKD Turkey), and the “Hazelnuts, Climate Change and Environmental Impacts – Turkey Report” for the Rainforest Alliance and UTZ Hazelnut Program.
In collaboration with KONDA Research, Ekologos has been conducting and publicly sharing the “Perception of Climate Change in Turkey” studies since 2018.
In addition, Ekologos produces customized briefing notes and bulletins on sustainable development and climate change for various companies and institutions, while also offering consultancy services in the field of sustainability communication.
