Enpara.com, which we established as a pioneer of digital banking under the umbrella of QNB Turkey, will now continue to operate as an independent bank.
Due to system improvements, some of our services are planned to be interrupted between 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM on Saturday, September 27, 2025. We would like to inform you of this interruption in advance.
Please find the transactions that will be interrupted below.
- POS transactions (transactions performed via device or system)
- Any transaction with credit or debit cards
- Login at an ATM with a credit card and credit card transactions at an ATM
- Transactions with QNB Cards at other bank ATMs
- Credit card transactions through QNB Mobil, Internet Banking, and the Call Center
- Loan applications
Transactions other than credit card transactions at an ATM, which you can continue to perform without interruption, include:
- Login at an ATM with a debit card
- Withdrawal and deposit of money from an ATM with a debit card
- Withdrawal and deposit of money from an ATM using a QR code (Available only to Individual and GKTİ customers)
Furthermore, starting September 27, 2025, money transfers to Enpara Bank accounts will be charged under EFT/FAST. You can find information on the applicable fees here.
