As part of its commitment to inclusivity, QNB Türkiye is working to ensure that all areas where it provides services are accessible to users with physical disabilities or those above a certain age.
All ATMs feature Braille stickers for visually impaired customers and headphone jacks for audio guidance.
To improve accessibility features in branches, applications such as tactile surfaces, portable ramps, informative signs in Braille, counters with portable hearing induction loops, and sign language translation support via smart tablets are available.
Furthermore, hearing-impaired customers who wish to receive services at branches can do so by video calling employees specially hired for this purpose at the Call Center. Hearing-impaired customers are also provided with WebChat support via the website.
During the identity verification process applied through the Call Center, the time allowed for disabled customers to press the keys is long enough to enable them to do so. In addition to physical improvements, training programs are organized throughout the year to increase the experience and knowledge of field staff and customers within the scope of accessible banking.
