Through its Digital Bridge Platform, QNB  offers firms tailored digital solutions for their needs in areas such as e-commerce, logistics, accounting, and human resources, alongside banking services, thereby partnering with them in their digital transformation. As Türkiye’s first and only Platform Banking service, Digital Bridge enables firms to instantly access over 20 digital solutions that streamline their operations, saving both time and money with a single password.

Aligned with its Becoming 1 With the World sustainability vision, QNB has integrated the Captanomy Carbon Footprint Calculation Solution into the Platform to support firms in their green transformation. This integration significantly aids businesses in both their digital and green transitions.Additionally, firms can easily access the information they need throughout their digitalization journey via the Digital Bridge Academy available on the Platform. The various training programs offered by the Digital Bridge Academy aim to enhance firms' digital and sustainability literacy.

KOBI Cloud

QNB provides its customers with the opportunity to make transactions via KOBI Cloud without being physically in the Bank. KOBI Cloud project was realized in 2013 with only 10 customer advisors and limited transaction authority for the first time in the sector. It turned into an organization capable of performing 95% of transactions made in the bank branch with 80 customer advisors by the end of 2022. KOBI Cloud delivers service to an average of 120 thousand customers on a monthly basis and help them meet their needs.
