Vestel Elektronik, Eurobond yatırımcılarını önemli gelişmeler hakkında bilgilendirmeye devam edeceğini belirtmiştir.

Vestel Elektronik, in its Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) announcement dated August 21, 2026 (https://kap.org.tr/tr/Bildirim/1654105), stated that within the scope of efforts to establish a sustainable balance sheet structure, a process ("Transaction") has been initiated to request consent from Bondholders regarding the Eurobonds under the Terms and Conditions of the Bonds. It was announced that, subject to obtaining necessary approvals within the scope of the Transaction, alternatives for potential restructuring of the Bonds are foreseen to be negotiated with Bondholders and/or their representatives, and necessary studies and preparations will be carried out in this regard.
