I would like to discuss the pivotal role of digitalization and sustainability within the realm of SMEs and the advantages they will offer companies in the near future. The utilization of digital tools, introduced through digital transformation, significantly contributes to the environmental, social and economic dimensions of sustainability. 

In this article, I would like to examine the legal regulations and ethical approaches that have come into force in 2020 and onwards, and I would like to address in depth how sustainable business practices create an impact through both legal and ethical perspectives.
