QNB Group, the largest financial institution in the Middle East and Africa (MEA), announced that its subsidiary QNB Türkiye has been recognized with 12 prestigious Stevie Awards at the 22^nd^ Annual International Business Awards (IBA), underscoring the Group’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customer excellence across its international network.
Selected from over 3,800 nominations representing 78 countries and evaluated by over 250 professionals across nine separate juries, QNB Türkiye received accolades across digital banking, network development, and sustainability – taking home three Gold, five Silver and four Bronze Awards.
Among the highlights, the QNB Network project received two Gold Stevie’s in the Big Data Solution and Work Management Platform categories, along with a Bronze Stevie in Work Management Platform, supporting customers’ growth and enhancing business collaboration. QNB eSolutions was awarded a Silver Stevie for Insurance Solution in the New Product category and a Bronze Stevie for Digital Transformation, for advancing digital insurance processes and reducing the bank’s carbon footprint.
The bank also received recognition for its corporate culture transformation, earning a Bronze Stevie in Best Transformation Strategy under the Great Employers category, a Silver Stevie for Achievement in Organizational Culture, and another Silver Stevie for Achievement in Human Resources under the Business Awards category.
In private banking, the bank received a Gold Stevie for Brand Experience of the Year after taking a significant strategic step to unify its brand across a number of key markets in which it operates. The bank also won a Bronze Stevie for Achievements in Customer Satisfaction in recognition of its ongoing commitment to enhancing customer experience.
In addition, QNB Türkiye’s 2024 Integrated Annual Report was awarded the Silver Stevie for the Best Annual Report, affirming the bank’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and effective stakeholder communication.
Beyond corporate achievements, Yeliz Ataay Arıkök, Chair of the Sustainability Committee and Executive Director of Treasury Sales and International Banking at QNB Türkiye, also celebrated an important individual recognition, receiving a Silver Stevie as Sustainability Hero of the Year in the Middle East and Africa.
