1.    Customer Transaction Information (transaction information, request details, etc.) shall be processed

2.    Transaction Security Information (IP address, information of enter to-exit from website, etc.) shall be processed

• With the aim of managing information security processes, managing access authorizations, managing risk management processes on the grounds that data processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of any right,   
• With the aim of receiving suggestions to improve business processes and evaluating such suggestions on the grounds that Explicit Consent is processed,
• With the aim of ensuring the security of Data Controller operations and informing authorized persons, institutions and organizations under a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject,

3.    IP and session ID

• If you use Google services, your data will be processed by Google Inc. based on your explicit consent for the functionality of analytics cookies. 
• If you use TikTok services, your data will be processed by TikTok Inc. based on your explicit consent for the functionality of marketing cookies.

The Method of Collection of the Personal Data

Your personal data shall be collected wholly by automated means in electronic media via cookies when you use our website as per the Banking Law with no.5411 and other relevant legislations to which the Bank is subject.

Transfer of the Personal Data

The personal data you shared with QNBshall be transferred to

• Authorized public institutions and organizations with the aim of carrying out operations in compliance with the legislation and if requested from the Bank.

Your Rights as the Data Subject and Request to QNB

As the Data Subject, you may send your requests under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law with no.6698 that “regulates the rights of the data subject” in line with the “Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for the Request to Data Controller”

• by using Request Form which can be obtained from the branches of QNB  or by providing a letter along with documents proving identity (identity card, driver's license, passport, etc.) by personal application,
• by means of secure electronic signature, mobile signature or registered electronic mail address which has been notified earlier to QNB  and is available in the systems of QNB
  • to the Registered E-Mail address of QNB  (qnb@hs05.kep.tr) and
  • kvkk_bilgi@qnb.com.tr e-mail address.

With regard to requests,

• Data Subject’s name, surname and signature if the request is made in written,
• TR ID number if the applicant is citizen of Republic of Turkey; citizenship, passport number or ID number, if any, of the applicant if a foreigner,
• Domicile or workplace address to send notifications,
• Electronic mail address, telephone and facsimile number to send notifications,
• The subject of the request must be stated; and related information and documents must be enclosed to the request. Requests shall be accepted after your identity is confirmed by QNB and you shall be informed in written or via electronic media within the legal period.

In written requests, the date when the letter is submitted to QNB shall be considered as the date of request. In the case of requests submitted in other methods, the date of receipt by QNB  shall be taken as the request date.
