Information about new security measures in digital banking

Within the scope of the new regulations of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK), we are implementing new applications to increase the security of your digital banking transactions. We would like to inform you briefly.

Additional security settings specific to your needs

You can set security preferences for transactions you will make via digital channels, and if you wish, you can limit criteria such as transaction hours, amount limits and access permissions according to your needs. You can change or remove these security preferences at any time from different channels.

Additional security measures at night

We will ask you to go through additional verification steps for transactions made between 22:00 and 06:00. If necessary, we may contact you to verify your identity.

Instant control in unusual transactions

With our advanced security systems, we will instantly follow up on transactions determined to be unusual in accordance with our bank's policies. If necessary, we may contact you to verify the transaction made.
